1. Delivery Area & Service Availability

We provide free local delivery services to Bentley and all surrounding areas within our service range. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend delivery to remote, inaccessible or unsafe locations without prior notice.

2. Free Delivery Policy

All valid orders placed within our service area enjoy completely free delivery service. No hidden fees, delivery charges or additional surcharges will be applied to any qualified delivery order.

3. Valid Delivery Hours

Delivery service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, consistent with our official business hours. We do not arrange delivery services outside of the above specified time period.

4. Standard Delivery Time

• Normal order delivery time is usually within 30 to 45 minutes after order confirmation.
• During peak dining hours, weekends and holidays, delivery time may be extended to 45 to 60 minutes.
• All estimated delivery times are for reference only, which may be affected by traffic flow, weather conditions and real-time order volume.

5. Order & Delivery Rules

• All delivery orders must be confirmed and verified by our staff before arrangement.
• Customers are required to fill in detailed, accurate and complete delivery address and valid contact phone number.
• Please ensure there is someone available to sign for and receive the food at the delivery address within the waiting time.
• We have the right to refuse delivery for wrong addresses, unreachable contacts and invalid order information.

6. Customer Responsibilities

If the delivery fails or is delayed due to incorrect address, no one to receive goods, unanswered calls and other personal reasons, our restaurant shall not be held responsible, and relevant compensation applications will not be accepted.

7. Food Safety & Handover Regulation

All meals are strictly produced and packaged in accordance with UK food safety standards. Once the food is successfully delivered and signed for, the safety, preservation and eating status of the food shall be the full responsibility of the customer. Any food quality problems must be fed back and verified immediately after receiving the goods.

8. Order Cancellation Rules

Customers can cancel delivery orders for free within 10 minutes after successful payment. Once the food preparation process starts or the delivery is dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled arbitrarily, and relevant refund applications will not be approved.

9. Revision of Service Terms

Our restaurant reserves the right to adjust and update these delivery service terms at any time. The updated terms will be displayed on the official website. Continuing to use our delivery service means that you fully agree to the latest service regulations.
